Editing Support Groups
Support groups can be edited in the system. You can modify the support group name and its Notification Schedule.
To edit a support group:
- Click Administration > Support Groups in the Left Navigation Pane. The Support Group Administration page displays.
- Click
Edit for the support group you want to modify. The Notification Schedule for <name> Support page displays.
- To change the Group Name, edit the field, then click Update.
- To modify the Notification Schedules, click Edit, Delete, or Add, and modify the settings.
- Click Close to return to the Support Group Administration page.
